Mecasystem’s M50 high-security automatic bollards are designed to prevent unauthorized vehicle access to secure areas and to guarantee the highest level of security and anti-terrorism protection. This equipment model is most often used in high- and very-high-risk locations where maximum protection of people and property is required. They are typically installed in areas with an increased risk of attack by trucks and other heavy vehicles, such as public spaces (stadiums, fairs), government institutions and facilities, sensitive businesses, and other military infrastructure. These bollards are mounted in single or multiple units with an external hydraulic station equipped with a programmable logic controller (PLC), connected via hydraulic hoses. A control panel with a separate push button is used for manual operation and is usually located in the security control room. All our equipment can be easily integrated with ACS and other vehicle access control systems.
